My Red Velvet cupcake mix travelled 30 hours of flight to Singapore, where I baked them and then another 3 hours of flight to Hong Kong, where I decorated them with cream cheese frosting before serving them on Christmas Eve.
I'm proud of myself haha, I missed having a kitchen to cook and bake in.





3 more days till the end of 2009, I'm looking forward to 2010. I actually kinda miss the winter in Boston, but I don't miss the cold, does that make sense? Just give me a week of being back in the snow and I would start complaining about it all over again.

My suite is getting so quiet and empty. From the 6 of us, it's down to just Rach and I now. I have been hibernating in the room because it is just getting way to cold to walk outside. I finished 2 seasons of Castle in 4 days...and I still have a endless supply of cereal to last me a lifetime, after this I'm never going to look at cereal the same anymore.

Reading my friends' posts about switching back to livejournal made me think of doing the same thing too. I liked Wordpress, but I don't like the feeling of never knowing who's reading. It makes me feel like I'm in a Panopticon. (yes, I learnt this new concept class, I even wrote 4 papers on it) I like to keep my life here separate from my life back home, so I'm locking up my entries after this post.
I cleaned up my entire friends list because a lot of them seemed almost dead by now, add me back if you wish!
